A Diverse Set of Hosting Options to Meet Every Mission

Since launching ESChat service in 2008, we’ve learned that there is no single hosting model that fits all customer needs. Over the years, we’re developed a comprehensive set of hosting options that meet the mission needs of all broadband Push-to-Talk customers.  Whether you’re a government customer or a small business, we’ve got you covered.  Our hosting options are ever-expanding, taking advantage of new technologies and adding certifications for the latest compliance models such as FedRAMP and TX-RAMP. Our pricing is transparent and available on this website. If you have any questions, please reach out to an ESChat Technical Account Manager.

Cloud Hosted Solutions

ESChat Multi-Tenant:
Our Multi-Tenant Cloud Service Offering (CSO) provides customers with the most cost-effective and reliable service available. Our customers enjoy ‘economies of scale’ cost benefits and service availability of a fully-managed operational model. Our multi-tenant CSO also supports the ability for government and business customers to facilitate inter-agency or inter-business communication with no additional fees. There are two Multi-Tenant options available to our customers:

ESChat for Government:
Our FedRAMP Authorized CSO is our most cybersecure offering and is hosted in AWS GovCloud, a hardened version of AWS built for U.S. government and U.S. military applications. ESChat for Government offers enhanced privacy and cybersecurity controls, meeting stringent security and compliance requirements of public sector agencies and commercial customers who operate in highly regulated industries. ESChat for Government has been built to FedRAMP standards and currently listed with the ‘FedRAMP Authorized‘ designation.

ESChat for Business:
Our Business Critical service is hosted from AWS Regions in the following countries: United States, Canada, Brazil, Great Brittan, Ireland, France, Singapore, Australia, Germany, South Africa.

AWS Cloud Private Instance:
Customers wanting to leverage the reliability and redundancy of the cloud, but are sensitive to operations on shared cloud infrastructure often select the Private Instance option.  There are two Private Instance options available, one for customers who operate (or want to operate) their own AWS cloud instance, and another who what to leverage ESChat to operate their AWS cloud instance. Management and Support of both AWS Cloud Private Instance options are performed by the ESChat Operations and Customer Care groups.

Customer Hosted Private Instance:
On-Premise Hosted solutions are optimally suited where Portability or Isolation are paramount to the customer’s mission. The Private Instance model supports numerous hardware options that can be tailored to customer needs.  Hardware options include single server on-premise or portable hosting, or fully redundant high-availability solutions leveraging AWS Outpost Servers or Racks. Optionally, ESChat can be deployed with our Local Provisioning Server which is required for air-gapped operation, typically associated with private broadband (5G, LTE, WiFi) networks. Note that air-gapped operations do not support Apple devices, or allow access to Google’s Map Tile servers.
