The ESChat webservice API allows Customers or their development proxy to create software application(s) or middleware that can interface with the ESChat servers. The ESChat webservice API is the same interface that is used by the ESChat web based management portal. Therefore, any function performed by the webservice management portal can be performed in your own customer application or middleware. The webservice API uses your Customer credentials, or other credentials provided by ESChat. Therefore, your application or middleware is subject to the same rights and restrictions as your ESChat administrator account. You may not create applications or middleware intended for use, sale or distribution to any individual or organization other than your own.
